Asian breakfast usually means rice soup or rice porridge (congee), in Thailand called Khao tom (rice soup) or Jok (rice porridge). Thai rice soup is delicious, easily digestible and stomach friendly and is also widely served in Asian hospitals.
…but there is also a minus with Khao Tom Asian Breakfast, it fills up just for a short while and mostly one hour later Your stomach rumbles again.
